*Pet only and *Limited registration neutering/spaying highly recommended.

The PURCHASER agrees to pay the BREEDER for said Pet the sum of $_____________of which

$_____________is hereby paid as a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit.

Deposits are to ensure that you get the puppy of your choice and are Non- Refundable.

Balance Due and Paid in Full by 7 weeks of Age. ___________________________________

*As PURCHASER, I understand the Deposit is Non-Refundable, if I change my mind of this purchase

or feel for Any reason that I can not provide a Loving, Caring home for this puppy, the deposit offered

to hold this puppy, will be forfeited. If financial hardship arises, arrangements can be made to hold the

deposit for a year from date of original deposit, to put towards a puppy at a later date.

Please make sure that you are committed 100% to the animal you are purchasing before you sign this contract.

HEALTH GUARANTEE

•BREEDER guarantees that the puppy or dog is in good health and have received all shots and wormings

due a puppy at the age of sale. A record of shots, worming, and a care package is included with each puppy.

•BREEDER guarantees that said dachshund is free of all internal parasites and in good health at time of

going to their new forever home. Vaccinations, Examinations and tests provided and Verified by a Licensed

Veterinarian and stated on: (State of Florida - Official Certificate of Veterinary Inspection).

•BREEDER gives a 1 year guarantee against Genetic defects proven by a licensed Veterinarian.

•BREEDER does not guarantee weight color or size or trainability of said Dachshund. It is understood and

agreed that no guarantee is made for confirmation, show, breeding quality, color or size of the Puppy beyond

its pedigree and that the puppy is representative of its breed.

•BREEDER does not guarantee against Alopecia (Skin Problems) in dilute colored Dachshunds (Blue, Isabella).

•BUYER shall have this puppy/dog examined by a licensed veterinarian within (1) week of purchase to

validate this health guarantee and to insure that the dog/puppy is in good health and to follow up on all necessary

immunizations. Breeder assumes no responsibility for veterinary or any other expenses incurred once said

puppy/dog leaves breeder’s possession.

•*BUYER agrees to First Right of Refusal to the BREEDER. I do not offer refunds or buy backs, I do offer

replacement guarantee and will also take any of my puppies/dogs back if purchaser can not provide a proper

home and necessary care for that animal. You must return the puppy/dog back to JEWEL DACHSHUNDS.

Puppy/Dog can not be taken to an animal shelter, similar establishment, sell or give the puppy/dog away.

All shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are Non-Refundable.

•BUYER agrees to love, provide fresh water and food daily and assumes full responsibility for the health

of the puppy/dog and to provide medical attention as needed.

We, the undersigned agree and understand the contents of this Agreement/Contract and agree to the terms set forth.
